Workplace rehabilitation providers assist injured workers in overcoming various challenges to recover at work. Challenges may include finding suitable work, complex injuries, delayed recovery, or communication issues.

The rehabilitation consultant, is separate to other stakeholders (eg. Nominated treating doctor or allied health practitioner), that is also a health professional. They work closely with the worker’s support team, including employers, doctors, and insurers, to facilitate a positive recovery.

365 Rehab provides services under both private and compensable options:

– Compensable: If covered by workers’ compensation or third-party insurers, our fees are billed directly to the relevant insurer, subject to approval.
– Private: Companies, and Individuals not eligible for compensation can access our services privately, with transparent and competitive pricing.

All costs are outlined prior to commencing services, ensuring there are no surprises.

Within 3 months from the date of injury is evidence based practice. This enables improved return to work rates by 5-20% depending on physical or psychological injuries.

Referral examples are typically appropriate when:

– An injured worker faces challenges returning to their regular duties, and suitable duties need to be identified.
– Workplace modifications or specialized equipment are needed.
– The worker requires an assessment to determine suitable duties or alternative roles.
– Psychological factors, such as anxiety or stress, impact their return.
– Retraining for new skills or roles is necessary.

Workers’ compensation is available to:

– Full-time, part-time, and casual employees.
– Contractors and subcontractors (if deemed eligible under specific legislation).
– Workers suffering from both physical injuries and psychological conditions related to their employment.

The claim must establish a direct connection between the injury or illness and the worker’s job or workplace conditions. Workplace injuries don’t always include trauma and an obvious mechanism of injury, in some cases they are repetitive strain injuries and we are able to assist with the process of claiming for insurance.

Anyone injured in an accident involving a NSW-registered vehicle is eligible for a CTP claim.

This includes: Drivers, Pedestrians, Cyclists, Riders and passengers.

You can still make a claim even if you were at fault in the accident, however, you may only receive 12 months of entitlements.

Note: you cannot make a CTP claim if you were knowingly driving an uninsured vehicle, or if you have been charged with a driving offence in relation to the accident.
